Good morning We're testing now integration with NetSuite account with the SuiteTax enabled and have some problems with the export to NetSuite. Expense reports are not created because of the following error:

You do not have permissions to set a value for element nexus due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.

Do we need to enable smth on NetSuite side to fix this?

We have a handful of WIP bins in our location and have noticed that any inventory in that bin shows up in the "Location Available" until it has actually been worked. Does anyone know if there is a way to stop this? We are overselling on some items while they wait in that bin.

We have a Financial Institution where the files get imported via sFTP (ABSI) and processed with the BAI2 parser but success emails seem to go to a single user and don't know if/how this is configured.

In a saved search, when trying to use a formula for criteria.. is there a trick to how to test for something? i.e. I’m trying to create a transaction search that only shows transactions with impact to the user’s department. So I created a formula text field, and put in {department}={user.department}, but that doesn’t seem to work. Do I need to wrap it in a case or something?

We use Advanced Shipping. When I ship and item using the Sales Order -> Item Fulfillment transaction, my inventory quantities are updated... when I create a Customer Invoice without Sales Order and without Item Fulfillment transaction, my inventory quantities are updated... BUT when I take a Sales Order, then create the Item Fulfillment, then create the Invoice the sistem allows me to add new item lines in the invoice... items that were not part of the SO->IT process, and in this case, my inventory quantities are NOT updated for this specific added items... ¿Do I have something wrong in my config?

Hey, I'm just learning about formulas but, is there a document or something on what functions are allowed? When creating a formula and clicking on the drop down list, some functions are there but it seems to me that some are not i.e. "to_char(systimestamp AT TIME ZONE 'America/Mexico_City', 'HH24MISS')" Where does "systimestamp" or "AT TIME ZONE" come from?

Chart of accounts theme. I'm new to OneWorld implementation and I wonder how companies solve problem of different chart of accounts (structure, numbereing) in different countries. I know that some accounts is dedicated to single subsidiary like bank account, VAT account but anyway the structure of whole chart of accounts is only one. Does the top parent company dictates conditions and provides chart of accounts that it uses in home country and all other subsidiaries must adopt to use it?

I’m trying to build an email template which can be used both by workflows, and in the UI, to send an email from a Support Case. I want to be able to address the recipient by name, e.g.

This works when sending from the UI (it fills in with the name of the target recipient) but does not work when the email is sent via a workflow that targets a particular Contact. Does anyone know the variable name for this to work in both cases?

might there be a limitation on sourcing from another custom field for a transaction line? when creating an invoice from a billing account the value is sourced, but when the same invoice is generated through a billing operation the value is not sourced?

I think this article might answer my question, but is there any way to bypass the inventory detail field on a credit memo?
