. We were upgraded to 2021.1 last Friday, not sure if that's related or just coincidental timing. Has anyone else run into this? We're going to try to deal with NetSuite support but it'd be very helpful to know if this isn't isolated to our account.

Is there a hard limit on the maximum number of rows a custom record can hold?

Did they fix the issue where people were getting logged out constantly?

We have the following input data: Account Currency - USD Customer Currency - EUR The Customer Subsidiary in British Pound The Consolidated rate = 1.322 Here the exchange rates: Customer Balance in USA currency - 2$ But the general CUstomer balance = 1.41

According to these data, how NetSuite calculated 1.41?

When working with Advanced PDF templates... Is there a way to show custom fields that live on an item record on the line items of the invoice? I have made a seperate invoice(print template) for when they ship out of country. And they need to be able to show a custom field they have created that lives on the item. ${item.custcol_hts_tariff_code} doesn't work.. ${record.item.custcol_hts_tariff_code} . Any thoughts?

@Addison Regnier I have encountered this problem and the the only workaround that I could find was to create custom Transaction Line fields and source those values in (or use a formula), to make them available to the PDF.

@Andrii Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but your exchange table says 1.48705 USD = 1 EUR. 1.41 balance in Euros * 1.48705 = $2.09 USD. I know that is not exactly $2.00, but maybe there is a currency revaluation or something. I'm not an accountant and am not very familiar with exchange rates in NetSuite, so this might not be a great answer.

The subsidiary navigator is a nice bundle for switching your restricted view from one subsidiary to another. However, the tree view of the subsidiaries can be crazy big. Anyone know if there’s a similar bunde or method to just get a listing? (without going into restrict view, select sub, save, go back to home page)

hi all. having a major issue here. we had a custom transaction body field on our quotes and sales orders, that was sourcing from an entity field on the customer record. we changed the Type from "Free Form Text" to "Long Text" setting a width and height, but then changed back to "Free Form Text". Through this process, it appears we've lost all of our data that was stored in this field (on both the customer record and historical transactions that included this field). We can't seem to find a way to retrieve this field data (affecting hundreds of customer records and thousands of transactions records!!). does anyone know a way around this? thanks in advance for any help on this one !
