Hi! We have this little issue with the Report Builder. We would want to use the Project record’s built-in entity field “projectmanager” as a filter in the report. But when you go to customise the report filters, there is no Project Manager as option. It feels odd because it’s a built-in field. Any ideas?

what is the sql formula to add my own custom test result to a saved search - using curly brackets does not work

In a workflow I always thought that to add 2 field values you just did

{custbody_myvalue1}+{custbody_myvalue2}

but this is combining the 2 fields - not adding. How do you add 2 field values in a formula in a workflow?

Hi everyone. In SuiteQL, doing a query on Items. Have a series of fields. one field I am trying to find (and failing miserably) is the item’s image on the website. In the Item view in the UI, under Web Store > Associated Images there is a file name for the Item iamge. Clicking on that image pulls up a File Name stored in the “Web Site Hosting Files” folder. But I can’t seem to find how to reference that when using the Analytics Workbook/Dataset. Any suggestions?

Hi All, Is it possible to change the different ship from address on a FedEx Integrated shipping label to an address other than the location address where the product is being fulfilled? We ship third party for multiple e-comm sites but, until this point, have only used integrated shipping labels for our largest partner. I am looking to ship for all of our partners from NetSuite but the most important parameter, the ship from address on the top left corner of the integrated label, must read our partner's address (which is different from the subsidiary location. Hi All! Has anyone successfully set up a backorder email that's sent to a customer who placed an order containing an out of stock item? My goal is to include the item(s) that are back ordered in the email body. I can do this via a saved search but I don't like how the results are added below the email body - I'd like to insert the results in the middle of the body.

To post time transactions:
Go to Transactions > Financial > Post Time.

If you want to update the Project Cost Variance Account list, select a different account from the list. By default, it is populated with the selected default project cost variance account. See "Setting the Default Project Cost Variance Account" for more.

In the Posting Period field, select an open accounting period.

NetSuite dates each created journal entry with the date of posting. Depending on your company's accounting settings, it may be possible to post time for transactions outside the selected period.

Note If your company uses the Require Approvals on Journal Entries preference, the Posting Period field is not available.

In regards to the last line there...why? I would want the posting period to reflect the date of the time sheet, not when it was posted.
