IS there not a way to use different advanced PDF checks with different subsidiaries?

Any idea on how to get the package tracking numbers for the advanced PDFs? I’ve tried a few variations with no success

. • On that Custom Record I have Allow Child Record Editing checked and Enable Mail Merge Unchecked. • The field I am trying to get to print is

. This field has Show in List and Record Is Parent as unchecked but Store Value is checked. • In my email template I am using the following:

From what I read and from advise given here and elsewhere this should be working but it is not. What am I doing wrong?

Running into a issue with serial character limits in netsuite as our business scales. The serial field on item receipts/sales orders/ etc has a max limit of 1,000 characters (advanced bin )/3,000 (non-advanced) compared to our purchases/orders having upwards of 20,000+ serial characters. This requires us to break things up into very small pieces to accommodate the limits. I imagine many other companies with inventory (especially ones bigger than us) have run into this issue and have a workaround/best practice. any suggestions??

is it possible non-tax location to setup in Netsuite?

@sangyong I know you can set "taxable profiles" for items and customers, but I don't think you can set it on a location.

Check the Customer Part Number related fields, this script belongs to the NetSuite Customer Part Number bundle if I'm not mistaken.

I didn't create the forms so sometimes I'm surprised what I find

@Ricardo Check her role and user there is a checkbox to activate the Customer Part Number.

Is at the User or Role level, body level checkbox.

yeah, i just saw that... No one else has that permission enabled though and they're able to save just fine.

I'm gonna do a role comparison and see if I can suss it out.

That bundle uses a custom record and also has specific permission for that Customer Part Number thing.

Once that Item has any transaction using the base unit, you can't change the base unit of that item if I remember correctly.
