Is there a trick to being able to login NetSuite on two different computers? Everytime I sign into one, It logs me out in the other.

I've had NS do maintenance on my test drive accounts during business hours before.

The worst one was the day of a demo to a client that I'd built a bunch of stuff the week before on...

I had that same error when trying to get into Sandbox on Friday. I had to call NS Support, they created a case and escalated. It was fixed by the next day.

One of my demo accounts is down

The other 3 are up.

I'm not saying that it isn't maintenance related but.. the error is slightly different. "The account you are trying to access is currently unavailable while we undergo our regularly scheduled maintenance." is usually what comes up while maintenance is happening. If you aren't up and running in a few hours, I'd suggest calling support.

For a demo account? Nah, I'm not bothering with NS support.

I know I've seen this question before asked by others, but I can't find the answer, so I'll ask here again (sorry for the repeat). A question I have had is can we have different quantity price breaks for PURCHASING products, like we do for Selling products. Do you know if that is possible? Like a vendor giving us a price break for purchases of large quantities.

Has anybody ever worked with a customer that has thousands of online sales all under one ‘online’ customer and wanted to start tracking support cases? We need a way to identify the ‘contact’ on cases so they can start building history but I’m concerned about scalability if it’s all under one customer (50 new cases per week….means potentially 2500 contacts under one customer after a year…) The option to create sub-customers under the ‘Online’ customer after each purchase is not on the table due to the details of the current integration, so I’m looking for other approaches that this group has seen/used…ideally successfully. 🙂 One decidedly lo-fi idea I’m bashing around is to just train CSRs to create contacts under the Online customer, but use a default view for the Contacts sublist that hides any contact without a case in the last x months and recommend a scheduled business review every x months to identify and inactivate stale contacts….so if there’s a hole in this idea that would ALSO be great to know

What is the best way to handle implicit performance obligations like installation services, maintenance services, etc. that do not have stated price on the contract and material right related to option to purchase of additional goods and services (ASC 606)? We're using SO as the source transaction and we're sending the invoice to the customer so we don't want the customer to see those implicit performance obligations. We're thinking of including the implicit performance obligations on SO and removing the same on Invoice (and adjusting the price of the retained ones).

Hi , I want to know where does Sales Order Tax Total in netsuite comes from . Help says that "NetSuite multiplies the tax rate by the taxable total of line items and enters it here". I have found the sales order tax rate field but couldn't figure out the "taxable total of line items" by which the tax rate is multiplied to get the tax total .. Can anyone guide regarding "taxable total of line items" . Thanks
