Unless you are committing your lot numbers at the time of Sales order by assigning them to the inventory detail - there is no such commitment process for lots

No. You'll need to create your own sublist to do this. I'd probably come up with a way to do it, but I'd expect it to be not easy.

Billing orders fails when the total is larger than auth amount.

Best to ask your account rep. At the bottom of a NetSuite page you'll see a host comment where I believe the page was served from. For example I know my account to be on NA Central so a host value of ###.prod.chi to me indicates Chicago. A value of ###.prod.bos is likely NA East but why guess when your account rep has the info. :-)

I'm doing a saved search and I'm trying to get a summary report by Sales Rep that outlines the name then the sum of the counts if the last activity day is less than 3 days and another for more than 3 days. It works when I have other groupings like doc id and stuff, but when I do just the sales rep it doesn't like my formula and gives me incorrect results.
