Does anyone know where the default decimal/rounding setting can be altered? Our POs are not calculating based on the discount factor rate that our vendor uses because the vendor uses a rate which is sometimes in the third decimal place. For example: one of our vendors uses a rate 0.203, which rounds down to .20. for an item list price which is at 343.00. This causes an item which should should populate in our system at 69.63 to populate as 68.60.

hi everyone, stuck with a Saved Search. We have saved search for Return Authorizations. I want to show the results what the original Sales order amount was and what the Return Authorization amount is. is that possible? not finding any options in the results filter. Want to show the Sales Order amount and Refund amount like in the screenshot

Joining to the payment events record might be a way to do this.

create a search using Return Authorization, include CREATED FROM fields in your result set...

for the sales order fields...

I would suggest Applied to/Applied from join as well

@Amtoj Are you doing a transaction saved search with the "Type" set to Return Authorization? I tested out this saved search and it works for me. Here is a screenshot of the criteria and results tabs I have for the search

My only caution would be that this may not be line driven - so you wouldn't necessarily be able to tell if an item was returned at the "right" rate

@Amtoj That definitely would be part of the issue. You should try removing that in your criteria and see what your results are.

Hello, the item filter for filtering is not displaying correctly. What I am trying to do is if a project is selected on the line on my PO, then I want to set a specific value in a second list on the line of what values a person should be selecting, based off that project. I am having issues tho.
