@alien4u just getting a blank result with the Quantity and/or Quantity in Transaction Units fields

I assume you are doing a Transaction Search, filter by Type Invoice and in the results showing the quantity correct?

@mattb Start simple... this should work...

Replace the Internal ID by a real Invoice Internal ID in your system...

In the results only show Item, Quantity...

Once you check you are getting the right results, start messing with Grouping and Sum and stuff like that...

I need to create a saved search showing the IF shipped during the day by hours like : Hour Shipped 8:00 10 9:00 15 10:00 20 I'm using the create date but how can I extract/get only the time ?

Hello! Looking for help with this. Our systems admin who helped create some of our reports built this saved search for me. I am trying to make 4 new columns of info: • Yesterday Est Margin % • LY (last year) Est Margin % • YTD Est Margin % • YTD LY Est Margin % I am unsuccessful. Can anyone please help with how the formulas should be written? Hello everyone. How are you managing your influencers? I need to start tracking which item has gone out on what date along with other information such as name/address/platform/link/subscriber counts/etc. I was thinking of creating each influencer as a customer, but that doesn't seem like the most efficient solution. Thoughts?

We are still using EDI to get orders from Amazon, Walmart, Costco, etc... I want to move to API. I believe that all the "big" players have API. Now, should we write the code or use an existing application like Celigo or RF-smart ? My only concern with Celigo and / or RF-Smart or any other, is that it's an endless cost. If we write it, it will be one time. Just want to know what you think ?

Hi all, we recently changed our company website and by extension our email domain for all of our users. I thought I would be able to get away with doing an update import to change all the employee email addresses but I should have known better. I was wondering what the best practice for this is and if anyone has dealt with this before. I assume there will need to be some DKIM tweaks.

Hello all, I've written a saved search to grab a large amount of data from netsuite. Because of execution time I have to run the search intermittently by grabbing data in a specific range. I'm starting off with 0-1000, 1000-2000, 2000-3000... etc. For some reason it will fail to grab records in a specific range even though I'm aware they exist. When the increment is 1000, it fails to grab records between 9000-10000 but has no problems from 10000+. However, if the increment is 50, it will grab 0-50, but fail to grab 50-100. Does anyone know what is going on here and what I can do to successfully grab the data in the range I supply?

Edit the tab - pull it from being applied to all roles and select just the roles that should see it

however - this doesn't work if the tab type is set to "all centers" instead of a specific center

Quick question. Someone cancelled - NOT closed - a Sales Order (which I know cannot be undone, correct?) while a Purchase Order associated with it was in a state that triggers a flow. Now we can't get the Purchase order to stop triggering the flow, because attempting to save any changes on the PO results in

The Sales Order has been set to 'Pending Approval' so this Purchase Order can't be created.

Is there any way short of deleting the entire purchase order transaction (if it'll even allow us to do that) to make a change on the purchase order now that the Sales Order is marked as cancelled?

Ouch. I would try updating it via CSV import with the "trigger scripts and workflows" turned off. Or have the administrator yank it out of the workflow. Warning - both of those solutions probably fall outside the bounds of as built, and could have unintended consequences

Can I create a List/Record custom field and NOT allow users to add choices to it? Or is the List/Record permission ALL LISTS/NO LISTS
