The premise of your question confuses me @Marygolds3 are you trying to figure out why there's no GL impact on your invoice to the account? or why you can't pick an account on your invoice? Invoices are item driven not account. Unless you are referring to a vendor bill (an invoice from a vendor that you must pay)

Is it possibly to edit just the inventory details on an item fulfillment in a closed period? We have a serialized item that was received when "use bins" was turned on. Then someone turned bins off for the item, and we shipped it out (so no bin was required on the item fulfillment) but then bins were turned back on and NetSuite thinks that serial number is still in that bin, so it's counting towards our on hand qty. Though when you view the particular serial number it shows Status: "Not in Stock"

Weird! A few minutes ago none of my lists were displaying Employees or Customers. Even the Standard ones. It's like the account was empty. Nearly had a fit. Anyone else experience this? Changed account and that seemed to fix it.

Question, are there two different types of login license? I believe we pay per Login access user. But if that user is only accessing on a view basis I wonder if there's a reduced login that's cheaper.

There are regular licenses and there are Employee Center licenses. Employee Center is 5x cheaper than regular. However, the Employee Center is significantly limited and likely would not grant any access at all to the records you want

In some very specific conditions it may be workable for you to remove access to these employees entirely and set up regular emailed reports to them. However, as you can imagine, this will reduce their availability from "live data" to "last time the report ran", and only the specific data in the report. So this would only work for very specific, very limited scenarios
