just aiming to print “customer signature ___” text in the footer element but on the last page only (if there’s more than one) just so it’s in the same spot regardless of page count or length. may also be thinking too much into it

Have you tried placing it in the body instead of the footer element, and using CSS to give it an absolute possition on the page?

@mattb let me know if you get a solution. We have our signature block in the body but it still prints at the bottom of every page.

We also have a crazy weird problem where if an item description is very long (as in takes up the whole page) the first page prints blank, the second page holds the long item, and if there are any other items they do not print.

Has anyone ever requested printed copies of the user guides from NetSuite? Are they available? The PDFs are a couple of hundred pages each. I work for a company that uses very little paper and do not want to go looking for printing services. Thanks!

Not sure but maybe your account manager can confirm you if they do mail the printed copy?

@jokell: now that’s an odd printing problem of yours. I couldn’t quite get the position as consistently exact as I wanted, so I just did a lot of work on the first page with regards to spacing and padding to minimise the chances of invoices running onto a second page. we’re in the wholesale frozen food business where some invoices might have 20 or 30 line items

@jokell: also just living with a customer signature area following the line items without a fixed position (was aiming for bottom right on last page only) for now.

Yeah I’m experimenting with the same thing. Problem is our signature area is part of a block of text that needs to be there, and I can’t have it spanning multiple pages.

Hi everyone, I tried to setup a return integration for a USPS Shipping Item but unable to setup the Return Label Integration for it (the checkbox option is grayed out if you go under Lists -> Accounting -> Shipping Items) I confirmed with NetSuite support that this is an enhancement request (216456 ) They asked us to generate return label outside of NetSuite and create a custom field where we can manually enter the return tracking number. Does anyone know of any other alternate solution?
