If an employee accidentally saved credit card information in a non credit card field (e.g. memo), is there any way to scrub that from system notes?

Oh dear. That's kind of the huge deal with system notes. Can't be faked. I'm thinking create a new customer and merge the existing into the new one

@KevinJ of Kansas good idea, that sounds like it would probably work. I think I'll check with support first if there is something they can do because changing the account number would be confusing to the customer. Sleep well 😄

Any thoughts on filtering a custom list against a custom list? Say for instance, customers sourced on to a custom field (list) and this again filtered by subsidiary (after being selected from a custom field with a list of subsidiaries) On a transaction record. Hope this makes sense!!

Yes sort of, but it's trickier as I'd be sourcing from a dynamic list rather than a static custom list with pre-defined values

I am validating the file for errors and if there are any errors I need to download the error file in Users local machine

I created the file in File cabinet with available without login checked and I called the URL in the script but it does not download a file

When printing a estimate for a kit item any assembly item in this kit seems to be excluded. Anyone know a way around this? Also find this behavior strange as the help text suggests this should only be for purchase forms but its applied for both forms it seems. Or have I missed anything here? Text from infield help: "Check this box to display the member items with their respective display names, quantities and descriptions on sales and purchase forms. Clear this box to display only the description and amount of the group or kit on sales and purchase forms. Note: Assembly items do not display on purchase forms even when this box is checked. Also note that member items are never shown on printed forms; only one line with the group name and summary is printed."

I entered a new currency today (7/2) and when I go to look at the exchange rates list, it's showing the effective date is as of 1/1/1970. I have no clue why or where to change that. Hi, does anyone know how to cancel a scheduled script? When I go to the scheduled script status page, there is a column labeled “Cancel” but there is no action or value in the column. @ted_p I was told by NS support that you are unable to edit the commercial invoice form....They have an enhancement since 2012 and still have not fixed it
