Hi all, Using Advanced PDF on Invoice, the number of page printed is depending on the number of line items. I have a section ( table ) with signature, date, name and title at the bottom of page, is there a way to make sure that the section will be always in 1 page. Currently what i have is the signature, date and name are in 1st page, and the title is pushed to the 2nd page note : i tried

Short description: Is it possible to combine saved search templates into 1 template without using SuiteScript? I have a wonderful table join issue that means I cannot run 1 search to get all the data I need to create a batch of pdfs. Long description: I'm creating a custom packing list form because we have made a decision to set up "kit" items as assemblies in our ERP. This was done for accounting and inventory reasons, namely having the COGS and Revenue ride with the "kit" item (normal kit items have the revenue ride with the kit item, but COGS stays on components, making reporting more difficult). Because of this I've created a flag on our assembly items being treated as kits so I know when to show the components of the "kits" for picking purposes (packing list doubles as picking ticket even though we have pick/pack/ship). I've created an item saved search template that grabs all the information I need from the order as well as has the proper join so I can get to the member items of these "kit" items so I can properly display their name/description, quantity, and bin (if they have one). This is great except for we have multiple brands that sell our products and we can list the same product with more than 1 brand. When printing the packing list, we will want the brand of the order to be referenced on the printed form. This data is stored as a field on the order record, it's a custom record select value. This is where the join issue comes into play. It's possible to create additional fields on the order record that are sourced from the brand custom record, but that seems like over engineering and will add more overhead to the form than should be required when I could simply use a join. I'm open to any thoughts on how best to approach this if anyone has done it before, or something similar.

The standard filename is transaction type suffixed with the internal id. I wanted to change it to the document number. you probably need to split it up so that each line is a separate TR of your parent TABLE - similar to this SuiteAnswer: https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/66550/

on the table and the rows, but it did fix it.

I'm leveraging SuiteAnalytics workbook dataset to inject data into my Advanced PDF template (shoutout to @redfishdev for the help there!) But I am seeing that List / Record Fields are showing up as the internal id. To get around that, I used formula fields on the dataset. Is that the best pattern or is there a way to do it within the template.

Is there any guide on which fields you can join on particular advanced pdf/html templates? It seems totally random. Is there some rule? e.g. Printing invoice, why can't I join vendorbill fields? But on checks I can?

i'm seeing something i'm not sure i've seen before: if a shipping method is selected on an invoice, it's automatically showing as a line item within the items table - no custom PDF code is doing this

does anyone know if this is normal behavior that i've somehow just missed before now? i'm also certain i have examples of accounts where this is NOT happening, so i'm assuming i'm either missing something, or there's a setting i'm unaware of that's causing this to happen automatically

Anyone know how to print a checkbox on the adv pdf builder? Things I have tried: 1. Using unicodes for all the types of checkboxes and shapes. Not supported 2. Using <input display="inline" type="checkbox" name="Tote1" checked="true"> This adds an interactable checkbox element but I want to print a static shape instead, not interactable 3. Trying to ghetto make a small box <div> or circle. But not desirable. Does BFO not support unicodes?
