    @Matt interesting I just tried both via the console on a PO and only billcountry had a value and that was with "GB". Is billcountrycode only exposed in ADV Print?

    Has anyone had any luck getting only the first tracking number out of the linkedtrackingnumbers field on an Item Fulfillment when there are multiple tracking numbers?

    I actually just solved this. I used Freemarker's ?keep_before function like this: ${salesorder.linkedtrackingnumbers?keep_before(" ")}

    I'm converting a basic pdf to an advanced one and the companyInformation.phone shows up in the basic one in the format 
    <tel:5555555555|(555) 555-5555>
    but the advanced one shows up as 
    <tel:5555555555|555-555-5555>

    Nevermind on the negative margin. I got it to work by making the header height smaller than the header content.

    ah - i'm recalling now that the disclaimer field on the custom form isn't used in advanced pdf templates. just found this in suiteanswers as well: 
    Disclaimers defined here are not used in printed forms based on advanced PDF/HTML templates. To include disclaimers on this kind of printed form, you can add disclaimer text to the template on which the printed from is based.

    Can displaying the account name on a pdf template be done at the lowest child level instead of including the parent:child hierarchy? {account.name} seems to always be the full thing

    thats a netsuite preference per user and not advanced pdf specific
