Did the Pivot Reports BETA bundle stop working for anyone else? We've seen it fail in two NetSuite accounts we're supporting - opening a support case with NetSuite now, but just wondering if someone knows of a known bug

Hey all, this may have been asked a million times already, but is there anyway to do a mass transfer of ownership of Saved Searches from one employee record to another? Doesn't look like it's possible via SuiteScript (could be wrong here though?)

Hello Team, We require that finance users track the "Check convenience fee" on the Quotation level. This is based on the customer's last payment method. If the customer paid the last payment through "check," then this time quotation should add "convenience fee." This will remind customers that we are charging a "convenience fee" this time if they are settling their payment through checks. We have tried different options like item types, other charges, markups, discounts, etc. But, we are unable to find a solution for this requirement. Furthermore, users need to get this "convenience fee" auto-calculate the 1% fee based on the subtotal ( amount after the discount) on the quote level. So, can I know whether there is any existing possible solution or enhancement going on for this kind of scenario? Please advice.

When we were evaluating NetSuite we saw this cool add-on called SuiteSocial. I found on Oracle's site that it will be deprecated this year. Anyone know of something similar that they like? Barcode in Advanced PDF with value from Saved Search field with a Summary Type I made an Advanced PDF to make labels from a Saved Search. It will only print if the value"" parameter in the barcode is set to a static value like "12345" and gives an error if a field name is set in the parameter. I have used field names as parameters in other instances with no problem, but these fields in the Results tab of the search have a Summary Type. Is there a way to fix this. It was working before and is not now, not sure what got changed. This causing an error just stating: An unexpected error has occurred:

This prints just fine:

The areas where ${label.itemid} is just put to print on the label works just fine. Only errors when used as a value for the barcode.

Passing along something I learned today. If you have too many lot numbers in your system, the system begins to drag specifically when trying to unallocate a lot # from one order so it can be used elsewhere. NetSuite reports they have to fix this directly on a per item basis.

We are currently implementing a new MQL process and bringing in Leads from Pardot. My integration is fine; but, one downstream impact I am seeing is that all of these leads are showing up in our Order to Cash Process. Meaning I can Bill and Invoice a Lead. I cant seem to find a setting that make it that a Lead has to be at a certain stage (preferably converted to a customer) before it can be billed. Am I missing something? I made the lead status 0% probability and it still showed up on a sales order and an invoice.

Hi all, we want to access a Saved Search results from a Custom Record Type field. I add the Type as "List/Record" and the List/Record as "Saved Search". But it gives the list of all the Saved Searches. I need to access the results of a saved search from the custom record type field. Is there a way? Thanks

Hi guys.. Is there a way to send an email remainder to users that have pending approvals? Is there a native way? Or do I need to create a script or workflow to achieve it?

We have a user who created a Saved Search, but when he goes back to edit, he only see the <Preview> button on top. The <Save>, <Save As> and other buttons are not there. He is the owner, the Search is Public and the search even has the "Allow Audience to Edit". Is there anything in his Role that might be missing and allows him to create, but not overwrite his own searches?

We are moving away from our marketing automation solution for Lead / Form Capture. I am investigating if we could do some that with NetSuite. Anyone know of either 1) A SuiteApp that has nice, Configurable Online Forms to capture data (e.g. Leads, Custom Records)? or 2) A Form Builder solution that natively integrates already with NetSuite (not through zapier, etc.)? Also open to anything other ideas 🙂

Has anyone ever had an issue with being able to edit revenue elements post-sandbox refresh? We refreshed last week and ever since we have been unable to edit any revenue elements (old or new), even using the admin role. We can get into the arrangement and click edit but all of the data on the elements is greyed out. Scripts that run as admin can't even edit them. We have a case open with NetSuite but thought I'd check here as well.

I was reading Merging Subsidiaries While Keeping Historical Records Intact (Answer Id: 39985) and it says one solution would be: 1. Make one Subsidiary be a child of another Subsidiary. How can you do that after the fact or Is it just saying if you were making a new sub make it a child of the one you want to merge?

Is there a way to hide Vendor Name column field on Requisitions? The field does not seem to be available when customizing the form

On a saved report, it is currently setup to show as collapsed all which works as expected when viewed on the UI or exported from the UI. However, if I email it or set it on a scheduled email, it doesn't show as collapsed it shows as expanded. I don't see any setting on the email settings to send it as collapsed or expanded. any suggestions on how to get it to send as collapsed all on the email?
