Transfer order has to be received in full initially as you show. I personally would just do the IA after the Item Receipt in the receiving warehouse. Try to keep transactions as close to real world as possible. If there is internal cost accounting purposes you need to show the cost on the other warehouse maybe then go further

Does anyone know if it's possible to link an invoice to a sales order if the normal order to cash process isn't followed. Basically, the sales order wouldn't be transformed into an invoice, we would have a sales order from one integration come in and then an invoice from a separate integration and wanted to link the two. All my experience tells me it's not possible, but I wanted to see if anyone else has been in a similar situation.

We have had 2 different instances this week where users have been blocked because they do not have the Vicarious Emails permission. This hasn't been a block for us before, and I was unaware of this permission. After researching a bit, it looks like this permission was released in the 2021.1 release to allow for scripts to send emails on behalf of someone other than the user in question. Has anyone else run into issues with this permission blocking their work?

Hi, I would like to build a saved search or report to show when we open/close periods in Netsuite; the person who does it, when they do it and the reason entered. One other note, when we re-open a closed period there is an option to add a reason, can we make sure that this note is required. Also when we close a period, there isnt a note field to enter why we are closing…is there a possibility to add one….just so we can note if we are closing as part of normal procedures or if we are reclosing a closed period… Any inputs are greately appreicated on this. Is it possible to only allow a small subset of a Saved Search audience to Edit the Saved Search? For example, I have an Item Fulfillment Saved Search that is widely used by many roles at our warehouses. Our IT techs often receive support tickets to update some filters or highlighting on this search, but the IT techs have a custom role in NetSuite that is not “Administrator”. I would like to allow the IT techs to edit the search without needing an Administrator, but I don’t want any other warehouse employees to be able to edit it. Thank you!
