Hello everyone, I’m getting stumped on a problem here. Maybe I can get some education from someone smarter than me. We have a process where an external user is accessing an external SL to approve vendor bills. Our vendor bills often have multiple file attachments. The external SL is a simple sub list of those bills, where each bill is one line within the sl. I need to add a column or some sort of feature where I’m able to easily access multiple attachments per bill. How would you approach this? I have successfully created a saved search that shows a link to an attachment if there is only one attachment, of course if there are multiple attachments, I see duplicate rows of the same bill. My goal is to be a little more sophisticated and show a link to multiple attachments or multiple links within one row to avoid duplicate rows. Please educate me. Thank you.

We created Non-Inventory Items for them, in order to exclude them from inventory valuation and just get a monthly bill from the Vendor. Hi everyone, We have 2 customer forms: FormA and FormB both used for 2 different subsidiaries. Form A is the preferred form. When I create a new customer with FormB and save, when viewing and editing it'll show under FormA. Even when I save it again under FormB it'll switch back to FormA. No script is changing it and no workflow. I did create a workflow to push this, but that didn't work. Is it because FormA is preferred? When I make FormB preferred same thing happens but with FormB being the preferred one. How do I fix this if I want to create a new customer on FormB to keep it as FormB even though FormA is preferred? I'm admin role btw

I have a user trying to log into NetSuite from his iPad. On the 2FA page he gets a blank screen. He’s tried all the sensible troubleshooting steps (different network, browser, clear cache, etc). I found a few previous threads on this but the OG thread is gone and unfortunately there don’t seem to be replies. Any ideas before I go to Support?

Can anyone email from within the NetSuite User Interface and successfully reach a Hotmail / MSN / Live / Outlook email address right now? We know there's an ongoing Defect # 832802 they're trying to resolve. But what's not known is how widespread an issue this is. The problems started (for those of us affected) in the tail end of June, so we're 2 weeks deep into not being able to reach customers via email (unless we email them outside of NetSuite). I'm just curious if it's a super widespread issue, or limited to some subset of NS customers.
